High-performance computing (HPC) is the process of using parallel processing for running advanced application specific programs efficiently, reliably and quickly, mainly on ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits), FPGAs (Field Programmable Gateway Arrays), and GPUs (Graphics Processing Units), that are designed to run at high efficiency on specifically designed algorithms. Newer workloads, such as genomic sequencing, machine learning, deep learning, image analysis, speech and facial recognition, pattern recognition and many more applications are being executed on HPC systems. High-performance computers are contributing to the finance industry, industrial competitiveness, national security, scientific progress and are moving into many other aspects of life where computing is needed.
Solidus Technologies have designed advanced software algorithms to ensure maximum optimisation is achieved with minimum power consumption. For efficiency reasons, both hardware and software have been designed specifically for the task of either Blockchain mining or AI with additional bolt on software solutions dependent on the task such as data analyst or face recognition. Large companies & governments regularly offer contracts for data analytics our facility allows us to benefit from both these contracts and Blockchain mining.

We know the market – we have years of experience in this market and partnered with technical experts Soft Galaxy. Working together we have been able to take the mining process to the next level by optimising the hardware and consuming less power.
Unique IP – we have a unique algorithm which allows the hardware to run around 26% more efficiently then industry standards. At our location there are government subsidiaries which brings our electricity costs very low.
The team have done it before – the management team have been involved with the largest mining facility in Bucharest with 30,000 GPU and 8000 ASIC miners. Because of this we have been able to fine tune our process for maximum profit, minimal down time and can pre-empt and overcome any future challenges.
We are not just a high powered computer facility – through our R&D team we have developed our own Token and Blockchain which allows individuals to send a token of value using any APP that has a suitable API to transfer a Token of value without the need of a Bank or Wallet details. The R&D department are also focusing on new implementations of graphic cards for further growth – both of these are billion pound markets.
Green Computing
At the core of our business, we ensure reliability and security to our clients in a cost effective and environmentally friendly solution. Our safe, secure and sustainable computing environment is the perfect solution for anyone prioritising climate goals and carbon targets as we utilise evaporating air cooling technology.
Evaporating Air Cooling uses 80% less electrical energy when compared to air conditioning units and eliminate fumes whilst improving air quality. Evaporative cooling is an example of effective non-polluting technology that offers numerous advantages over compressor air conditioning. We can highlight its lower energy consumption, which is similar to a fan’s, estimated at close to 80% less compared to compressor air conditioning. Furthermore, it does not use coolant gases so it is ecological and can be used in open spaces, without the need to close doors or windows.

Crossbar FX was established in 2004 specifically to provide dedicated foreign exchange and international payment services. With over 50 years collective experience in FX and the payment sector we see this as a perfect partnership for our overseas facilities. Crossbar FX are regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority FCA registration (535761).
Talbot Capital is a boutique financial service provider regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (489839) and will be acting as our security trustee to register and hold any floating or legal charge on behalf of the clients. In the instance of default Talbot Capital have the power to liquidate the assets to assist in returning clients’ funds.
Pinsent Masons LLP (OC333653) have been tasked with constructing the Solidus bonds debenture along with carrying out the necessary checks for our security trustee.
R A Valuation Services Limited was established in 1991 and has conducted several thousand independent business valuations since. Their advisors are members of RICS and ACCA.
Solidus AI Tech Was established in 2021 as an additional fund raising arm of Solidus Technologies. Ai Tech has developed the worlds first utilities token to be used to purchase Artificial Intelligence services from HPC data Centres.

Scott Cannon
Chief Executive OfficerScott was excited about the Blockchain technology market early on as he saw how this was technology was disrupting the market. He realised the huge growth potential for this new technology as it has many benefits over the standard IT server set up. Scott bought together a strong team of Blockchain experts who share his vision and decided to launch Solidus on 1st December 2017. Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence utilise very similar hardware so the team have also been keeping a close eye on the AI market and in March 2020 there was a shift of company focus into AI mainly due to a huge surge in demand and since then Solidus have secured an official partnership with Microsoft as well as securing a number of lucrative contracts with government entities.
Adrian Stoica
Head of Mining OperationsManager in IT consulting with international experience and combination of IT consulting experience, general management experience, leadership skills as well as entrepreneurship and business development skills. Valeriu-Adrian has broad industry exposure with special focus on Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Military / Defence Systems, Blockchain Technology and e-government. He specialises in techno politics and alternative models of governance, with a focus on Blockchain-based applications and decentralised architectures for Public Administration and e-government. Founder of an international software engineering company, focusing on smart contract development on the Ethereum network and Artificial Intelligence on the Blockchain. He is also the managing partner of the largest Ethereum mining farm in Romania, making “Adrian” a vital part of the team.
